As a service management student you will learn to develop, plan and supply service products, both nationally and internationally. You will specialize in service management, tourism or hospitality. Your future work may range from consultant and specialist jobs to management tasks within the numerous fields and functions in the service sector. Depending on your specialisation, your first job could be a service consultant, service coordinator, project leader or team leader. The company may be private or public, national or international - typically within tourism, the hotel and restaurant industry, transportation, industrial service and public service. The service management programme is a short and practice-related course. It is an alternative to longer-lasting studies of business. At the same time you have the possibility to continue your studies and obtain a bachelor's or master's degree in Denmark or abroad. The course is regulated, recognized and supported by the Danish Ministry of Education. The course is equivalent to 120 ECTS and lasts 2 years. Read moreSpecialization in Tourism Management |
