Teaching and Learning Methods

alt

At the Business Academy we are constantly developing our education lines, teaching staff and our IT environment to ensure that we can fulfil the latest requirements in the field of computer science. We work closely together with large IT companies and universities in Denmark and abroad.

We emphasize that our computer science students have both current interests and long-term qualifications. As an example the current-interest qualifications may be programming in Java, C#, JDeveloper and UP/UML applications. The long-term qualifications represent all the basic knowledge that the development of technology is based upon.

The working methods at Cph North reflect those you will meet later on in your career. This means that you have to work in a problem-oriented and project oriented way in close cooperation with other students and lecturers.

The sequence of subjects and projects form the hub of your studies and are supported by classes, lectures and exercises. During your studies you will encounter a considerable workload, alone or as a member of a project group. At the same time you will have to study a considerable amount of literature. The education programme is supported by a virtual environment that permits the students and teachers to communicate and hand in material and sources electronically.
