The services specialisation is for you, if you wish to work within the service sector in general or if you want a job in the event or experience industry. You should get a buzz from words like concept development, event management, experiences, and lean management. Service Development – 2nd semester - 8 ECTSYou will gain knowledge, skills and competences necessary to coordinate and give advice regarding the solution of problems in relation to the following subjects: Product and concept development, event management, development and implementation of solutions within different service areas. Concept DevelopmentYou learn to understand the product and concept development process as an integrated part of the strategic planning in the service company. . Event and Supply Chain ManagementYou learn how to design small and big events and to define clear strategic targets for the event. The ConsultantYou learn to apply the theories and methods relevant for the work of the consultant and to understand how different consulting roles and methods can influence the development and daily business in a service company. The Experience Economy - 3rd semester - 7 ECTSYou will be able to analyse and understand the characteristics of the experience economy. You learn how to outline suggestions for the development of experience concepts in practise, which can be used in relation to the strategic development of a company. You learn to identify sponsorship and fundraising possibilities and needs and to develop sponsorship and fundraising plans in connection with experience based projects and initiatives.
