We encourage you to spend your summer vacation in Denmark (2-3 weeks - usually the end of July) in order to get a smooth start in your new surroundings.

Cph North has appointed an international student already studying at Cph North to assist international students with practical and social matters during their stay in July and August.

The Kick-start your stay in Denmark programme is not a summer camp! It has been created with the main purpose of assisting full-degree international students in finding accommodation. This is why the focus of the programme is directed at accommodation search. 

During these weeks students can do the following:

• Rent a room in the residence hall (min. 2 weeks: DKK 1400/EUR 190)
• Get good advice and help when looking for a permanent place to live if they have not found one yet
• Start looking for a part-time job
• Get acquainted with the Danish way of living
• Enjoy the summer at the beaches of Bellevue, the amusement park “Bakken” or on Lake  Lyngby - 10 minutes from Cph North
• Get to know their future class-mates and have loads of fun together
